Returns & Refunds Policy

You have 14 days to return your order under our 14-day return period policy, which starts on the day you receive your item. If you need to return a product simple, contact our Customer Services Team via email at info@evolvonline.co.uk and quote your order number.

If you do wish to return an item, then the product must be unused and in its original packaging, please state the reason you need to return your product.

We will need to track every return to ensure it gets back to us safely, so we are unfortunately unable to accept any returns that do not have an authorised returns number. Once you have processed your return you have a further 14 days to return your items to us.

Make sure your items are securely wrapped and your parcel contains all the information requested.

Remember to ask for a receipt as proof of sending.

Once we have processed your return you will receive notification via email.

All successful returns will be credited to the original method used for payment.

Please note refunds can take up to 3 - 5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) to show into your account.
