How Can We Assist?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

You have 14 days to return your order under our 14-day return period policy, which starts on the day you receive your item. If you need to return a product simple contact our Customer Services Team via email at info@evolvonline.co.uk and quote your order number.

If you do wish to return an item, then the product must be unused and in its original packaging, please state the reason you need to return your product.

We will need to track every return to ensure it gets back to us safely, so we are unfortunately unable to accept any returns that do not have an authorised returns number. Once you have processed your return you have a further 14 days to return your items to us.

Make sure your items are securely wrapped and your parcel contains all the information requested.

Remember to ask for a receipt as proof of sending.

Once we have processed your return you will receive notification via email.

All successful returns will be credited to the original method used for payment.

Please note refunds can take up to 3 - 5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) to show into your account.

I DON'T LIKE THE TASTE OF MY PRODUCT; CAN I SEND IT BACK?

We’re very sorry to hear that! then of course we would be happy to take back your product and replace it with a different flavour at the same value. The only things we ask are, that you pay for the cost of the collection and the cost of the redelivery.

If you have only had one or two scoops of the product then we will replace it in full. However, if you have used more of the product then we would only be able to offer you a partial credit based on the volume you return.

Once your order has been placed, our team are working hard to ensure it's shipped as soon as possible. Once this has been despatched, you will receive an email from us. If you have any queries, drop us an email at info@evolvonline.co.uk

DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN NUTS?

Check individual ingredient lists. We follow cross-contamination measures and all of our products are made without nut-sourced ingredients and our products are made in a nut free environment. If you have any concerns or questions please email info@evolvonline.co.uk
